In early 2024, I received a diagnosis of langerhans cell histiocytosis that changed my perspective on a lot of things.

This was a quick reminder of how quickly health can become fragile and how we often take it for granted.

Training has always been my outlet, a way to switch off and stay mentally strong through difficult times, but this diagnosis reinforced just how powerful fitness could be, not just physically but mentally and emotionally.

I believe there are certain things in life we simply can't control, my scenario being one, but our health, fitness, and nutrition is one place we can all start to live a healthier, happier life.

Being a father has deepened my commitment to this mission. I see my daughter watching and learning from my actions every day, and I feel a responsibility to set a positive example that can shape her future. By prioritising my health and fitness, I hope to show her the importance of taking care of yourself, resilience, and the strength that comes from living a balanced, active life.

Through my online coaching, i'm here to help as many people as I can take charge of their health, feel stronger, and live more CONFIDENTLY. There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing others become better, more confident and healthier versions of their old self.

What do i get when i join the 8 week program?

When you join the 8 week program, we will first discuss your goals and current lifestyle.

Next I will create a custom plan with calorie guides, meal ideas and workouts that are tailored around your access to equipment and lifestyle.

We will have weekly check ins to keep you accountable and make sure that you are on track to hit your goals.

You will also have access to me and my 10 years of knowledge on Whatsapp whenever you have a question or need some help.

what if the program doesn't fit around my work/personal life?

Every program is tailored specifically to your work, personal life and goals. I have helped clients who travel a lot, eat out and work long hours on the road. No matter what your current commitments are, we will create a plan that allows you to reach your goals while balancing your lifestyle.

how do the weekly check ins work?

Every week, we will do a check in where we will discuss your progress, weight and how you think the week went. This accountability is the number one thing that helps people stay consistent with the program and actually reach their goals.

will the plan restrict my diet and eating habits?

The plan is designed to be achievable and realistic. We set very achievable calorie goals that allow you to lose weight/built muscle while still eating good food and feeling full.
